tgf truncates properexception (Proper Case Exceptions)

option string when starts, shows this truncated option, and saves this. (too long ?)
If I extend the Proper Case Exceptions, tgf  works and saves well, but next time starting truncates it again.
From 2086 character truncates to 2047.
I attached the original and truncated ini file.

The same problem appears in the 0.71 beta 2.

I forgot to mention, that this type of string truncation occurred in 0.71 beta 2, in replacement matrix. I corrected this in 0.71 by creating more shorter replacement matrix strings.
Maybe this occurs in the current 0.80 version too.
